Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the total value of your order and will be automatically calculated at the checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Mondays to Fridays) however, there may be delays during peak or sale periods due to the volume of packages being processed by the courier services. Orders will not be shipped on national or regional holidays.

Shipping Days are to be used as a reference only and should be calculated from when the order is dispatched from our office. 

For orders outside of the European Union: please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

*Shipping to islands or remote locations can take longer time than expected.

If you live in Milan, you can enjoy a same day delivery option with our Wait and See Same Day Delivery service.

Place your order before 3 pm for same day delivery between 3 pm - 7 pm (Mondays to Fridays excluding holidays).

If you wish to collect you Online order in-store free of charge, please select the shipping option Collect In Store at the check out and we will email you once your order is ready to be collected. 

You can collect your online purchase during opening hours at Wait and See, located at Via Santa Marta, 14 20123 Milan, Italy. Unfortunately, we do not have any other collection points available. 

Please ask a Sales Assistant for your package providing your name and order number.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination.

Please note that if you shipping to a destination outside of the European Union, the prices of the items in your order will be updated at the checkout to reflect this.

You will not need to pay any extra duties or taxes at delivery. 

Depending on your shipping destination and the total amount of your order, duties, taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that duty has been applied as a flat rate percentage.

Shipping to the United States

Wait and See can neither collect or pay Use Tax or Sales Tax on the Client’s behalf. U.S. State Authorities may require American citizens to pay these taxes for online purchases at the end of the fiscal year. Wait and See cannot be held responsible for these taxes under any circumstances. 

Shipping to Canada

Wait and See can neither collect Use Tax or Sales Tax on the Client’s behalf. Canadian Authorities may require Canadian citizens to pay these taxes for online purchases at the end of the fiscal year. Wait and See cannot be held responsible for these taxes under any circumstances

Shipping to the United Kingdom

As the UK is now outside of the European Union, your order will be shipped with all the necessary documentation to clear UK Customs.  

Due to the logistical implications encompassing the Brexit agreement, we are unfortunately unable to ship orders below €165 (before shipping fees and after any applicable promotions).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

All your purchases are under the responsibility of Wait and See whilst in transit from Wait and See to your shipping address.

Once your package has been delivered to the specified address, it is no longer under the responsibility of Wait and See. 

Due to international trading agreements and regulations, Wait and See must adhere to particular shipping restrictions.

As a result for example we are unable to send exotic skins outside of the EU.
