Returns And Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?

Returning and exchanging is easy!

Customers can return their order, either entirely or partially, within 14 days from the delivery date.

Please fill the online-form within 14 days of the delivery date in order to request the return or exchange of an item.

Wait and See will not accept liability or accept the return of goods that are returned without the compilation of the returns form. 

Return and Exchange Policy For Online Purchases

Customers can return their order, either entirely or partially, within 14 days from the delivery date.

The online-form must be completed within 14 days of the delivery date in order to request the return or exchange of an item.

Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and unwashed, with all the original tags, red security seals, and with all the packaging and related accessories (shoe boxes, dust bags, protective film on the soles of the shoes, bijoux packaging, etc.) received at time of delivery. Returned items that do not meet the requirements as outlined in the Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address.

Hosiery including socks, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic restrictions.

Personalised items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Wait and See will not accept liability or accept the return of goods that are returned without the compilation of the returns form. 

 

Exchanges

Items can be exchanged for the same article in a different size or colour, if the product is available.

 

Refunds

Refunds consist of the price paid for the merchandise purchased, excluding the cost of shipping.

For orders within the European Union over 50€, the outbound shipping fee will also be refunded if the complete order is returned.

All refunds are made in Euros (€). Possible differences in the refunded amount may occur due to fluctuations in daily currency exchange rates and will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made within 5 working days from the arrival date of the returned item(s) at our head office to the same method of payment that was used for the purchase. 

For orders made by credit card, the amount to be refunded will be visible on the next bank statement of the card. The time of processing may vary depending on the issuing company of the credit card, this time generally takes up to 20 business days.

When a PayPal transaction is refunded, the money returns onto the customer’s PayPal account or credit/debit card. How and when money is refunded depends on the original payment. Customers can refer to PayPal’s policy and check the status of the refund at any time, by logging into their PayPal account.

For orders made through Scalapay or Klarna, we will communicate the refunded amount but please note that refunds will be processed by Scalapay or Klarna.

Returns and exchanges within the European Union

Please fill the online-form within 14 days of the delivery date in order to request the return or exchange of an item.

You will be responsible for returning the item(s) to our Head Office and for the shipping cost incurred. We strongly recommend to use a postal or a courier that offers a tracking service. You will have 5 working days from the completion of the online form to return the item(s).

If you have requested an exchange:

Please note that items can only be exchanged for the same article in a different size or colour, if the product is available.

Our Customer Care Team will contact you shortly after receiving the completed online form for further information regarding the item you wish in exchange. 

You are responsible for returning the article you wish to exchange.

Once received, you will be sent the requested size or colour at Wait and See’s expense.

Returns

Please note carefully that the return shipping cost incurred by returning the item to Wait and See is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the amount being refunded back to you for the returned item.  

We will email you a return UPS label along with the required completed customs documents to print. 

Please ensure that the returning item is neatly packed in suitable packaging, the UPS label is securely attached to the outside of the package, with the documentation provided clearly displayed in a suitable clear plastic wallet. You can drop off the package to a UPS Access Point or arrange the collection with your local UPS office by following the instructions found at www.ups.com. 

You will have five working days from receipt of the UPS label and documents to arrange the collection or to drop off the package to a UPS Access Point. Items consigned to the courier service after 5 working days from the receipt of the documents will not be accepted once received and will be returned back to you. 

 

Exchanges

Please note carefully that for exchanges outside of the European Union, you are responsible for the shipping costs of both the returning article and for the article you wish to receive in exchange.

We will email you a return UPS label along with the required completed customs documents to print. 

Please ensure that the returning item is neatly packed in suitable packaging, the UPS label is securely attached to the outside of the package, with the documentation provided clearly displayed in a suitable clear plastic wallet. You can drop off the package to a UPS Access Point or arrange the collection with your local UPS office by following the instructions found at www.ups.com. 

You will have five working days from receipt of the UPS label and documents to arrange the collection or to drop off the package to a UPS Access Point. Items consigned to the courier service after 5 working days from the receipt of the documents will not be accepted once received and will be returned back to you. 

Once we receive the returned item, the alternate size or colour will be shipped to you.

We will send you a PayPal payment request to cover the shipment costs for both the returning item and the new item that we will send you in exchange.

We will email you with the tracking details to follow the progress of your exchanged item.

What happens next?

Once the returned item(s) are received, Wait and See will evaluate the returned merchandise to ensure that all conditions outlined in the Return Policy are met.  

Wait and See cannot accept returns of any items that are unfit for resale.

Items must be returned neatly packaged, in their original condition. The items must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed, with all their original tags, red security seals, and with all the packaging and related accessories (shoe boxes, dust bags, plastic film on the soles of the shoes, bijoux packaging, etc.) received at time of delivery.

Returned items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address at the customer's expense. 

If the returned item(s) meet the required above mentioned conditions, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving and accepting the returned merchandise.

You will receive an email from the Customer Care Team informing you that the returned items have been received, accepted and the refund has been processed. 

What items cannot be returned?

All Items that are returned within a period that exceed the 14-day window. 

Items with removed Wait and See tags, the tags of the brands as well as the red seal.

Personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items that are worn, used or damaged.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if the items are received damaged or do not match the ordered colour, size or model. Please notify the Customer Service team straight away upon receipt by sending an email to happytohelp@waitandsee.it with your order number, specifying the issue. Customers are kindly asked to provide detailed pictures showing the defect or the error. 


In these cases, shipping costs and any applicable duty fees or taxes to return the item will be at the expense of Wait and See. Once these items have been returned and approved by our Customer Service Team, we will process the refund within 5 working days of receipt. 


Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
